Laser Cutting

Precision cut steel sheets with advanced laser cutting machine for various key tank parts like shell, dome, dish end, and flanges.

Furnace Heating

For permanent bonding to the inner surface of the steel tank, each tank is fired in a furnace at 850°C.

Press Shop

Pressed Steel sheets for tanks that is manufactured with uniform size and dimensions.

Robotic Welding

Robots weld tank parts for leakproof joints and consistent quality and strength.

Dry Enamel Coating

To protect steel from corrosion and increase durability, the tank interiors are lined with enamel powder coating.

Wet Enamel Coating

Wet enamel coating is done to protect from scaling and oxidation and increase the tank life span.

Quality Inspection

The process is completed with quality inspection of every unit for final packing and dispatch approvals.

We have set up BLDC motors factory for appliances like washing machines, refrigerators, ACs and Fans.

World-Class Manufacturing Infrastructure:

  • Manufacturing spans 40,000 sq. ft. (3,700 sq. m.), housing 2 high-efficiency production lines and a skilled workforce of 100+ workers.
  • Fans & motors ranging from 17W to 45W, with a production capacity of 3,000 units per day (1.0M units per year).
  • Manufacturing 4.0 enabled for end-to-end product lifecycle tracking, stator core insulation, and rapid thermoplastic molding.
  • For safety & reliability testing, the factory features an in-house, custom-built air distribution lab.
  • Design labs equipped with new IPs for motor driver circuitry & firmware.

Stator Winding

Insulated steel stampings are wound on automated machines, ensuring precision over winding tension and layer.

Rotor and Motor Assembly line

Post stator validation, rotors, shaft cores, bearings and controller are assembled.

Acoustic Testing

Each fan is tested in a soundproof chamber to measure noise levels. Only units that meet performance and decibel (dB) standards are finally packed.

Indoor Unit BLDC Motor

Manufacturing of BLDC motors for air conditioner indoor units is a highlyautomated, precision-led process designed to deliver superior energyefficiency, ultra-quiet operation, and long-term reliability.

Composite Molding:

For safety and mechanical strength, Circular Stators are insulated with composite molding.

End-of-Line Testing

All motors undergo tests for electrical performance, torque, noise, vibration, efficiency, and safety.
